Get involved

Take on our #CreativeWalkChallenge this February!

This year, we are challenging our families and partner organisations to get creative with their local walks!

For each day of February, we are sharing our ideas for how to change up your walks and release your creative energies. Whether it is taking pictures of nature or local art, writing a poem inspired by your walk or simply finding a new route to take, we want to hear from you!

Tag us on social media and use the hashtag #CreativeWalkChallenge.

Volunteering

Our volunteer opportunities are currently on hold due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. We hope to resume placements as soon as it is safe to do so and in line with The Scottish Government’s advice.

Dr Bell’s Family Centre has been awarded #TheVolunteerCharterBadge for successfully completing the free non-accredited course, Learning Bite – The Volunteer Charter with Open Learn.

We are committed to assuring legitimacy and preventing exploitation of workers and volunteers.
